These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are a legal contract between the individual accepting and agreeing to this Agreement (“you”, “your”, “user”) and Buntai LTD. (“Buntai”) that is the creator and provider of Let's Compare browser Extension (“Let's Compare Extension”).
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING LET'S COMPARE EXTENSION. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE LET'S COMPARE EXTENSION.
LIKE ALL BROWSER EXTENSIONS LET’S COMPARE EXTENSION CAN READ AND CHANGE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF DATA IN YOUR BROWSER TO ENSURE THAT OUR PRODUCT IS WORKING AT ITS BEST. WE READ THE PAGE WHEN YOU’RE ON A SHOPPING WEBSITE SO THAT WE CAN COMPARE PRICES OF SIMILAR PRODUCTS AND DISPLAY CASHBACK OFFERS WHEN APPLICABLE.
By using any portion of the Let's Compare Extension, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement and all policies and guidelines incorporated by reference.
If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, do not indicate your acceptance, and do not use Let's Compare Extension.
Let's Compare Extension may link to third-party sites or content (collectively, “Third-Party Content”). Any use by you of Third-Party Content that is available via Let's Compare Extension is subject to the terms and conditions of any such Third-Party Content. You hereby acknowledge that Buntai has no control over and assumes no responsibility for Third-Party Content. You assume all responsibility and risk in connection with your use of Third-Party Content and Buntai hereby disclaims all liability to you or any third party in connection thereto. Buntai has no obligation to examine, review or monitor Third-Party Content and we are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or legality of Third-Party Content. For the removal of doubt, by using Let's Compare Extension you acknowledge that Buntai will not be liable for any damages, claims, and/or any other liabilities arising out of or relating to Let's Compare Extension.
This Agreement is a legally binding agreement.
This Agreement and the Privacy Policy govern your use of the Let's Compare Extension. In consideration of your use of the Let's Compare Extension you represent and warrant that: (a) you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of your state, province or country of residence. and (b) your use of the Let's Compare Extension does not violate any applicable law or regulation. If you use the Let's Compare Extension, you represent that you can be bound by this Agreement. The Let's Compare Extension is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree that you are not using the Let's Compare Extension for or on behalf of any third party, or for any commercial purpose.
Buntai may amend this Agreement or other policies that govern the Service from time to time. Any changes to this Agreement will be posted at https://letscompare.deals, and the posted Agreement will indicate the date the Agreement was last revised. If you do not agree to the changes, you must uninstall the Let's Compare Extension and stop using it. By continuing using the Let's Compare Extension after any changes to this Agreement are posted, you agree to be bound by those changes.
The personal information you provide Buntai through the Let's Compare Extension is governed by Let's Compare Extension Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). Please read the Let's Compare Extension Privacy Policy found at https://letscompare.deals. Your election to use the Let's Compare Extension indicates your acceptance of the terms of the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for all activities that occur while using the extension, and you agree to inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of the Let's Compare Extension done by you or others by email to [email protected]. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to you or to any third party incurred as a result of any unauthorized access and/or use of Let's Compare Extension, or otherwise.
The Let's Compare Extension allows users to search for deals, discounts, and exclusive offers, to learn pricing and product information alongside cashback offers through its platform. Let's Compare Extension is operated by a mechanism that enables you to find and compare similar products you are already interested in.
Some of the content displayed or linked to by us is developed by people over whom we exercise no control and we cannot and do not screen the sites before including them in the Site and/or Product. We cannot guarantee that any content will not contain unintended or objectionable content and assume no responsibility for the content of any site included in the Site and/or Product, and we do not assume responsibility for the goods, services, or information provided by such sites.
In order to offer you a variety of products, some of the suggested offers in the Let's Compare Extension will be similar to the product you are currently checking, but not identical.

The Let's Compare Extension is not a re-seller or distributor of any products of third-party merchants.
The Let's Compare Extension is available for free. We do not charge fees from you for its services. We try and locate the best publicly available discounts, and track similar product pricing and exclusive offers. While we try to find you the best available discounts or and identify lose prices, we may not always find you the best deal. Buntai is not responsible for any missing savings or rewards opportunities.
Buntai may charge for the use of the Let's Compare Extension which is currently available free of charge. Any change in charges will not apply until the date listed in a prior announcement as shown on https://letscompare.deals. For the avoidance of doubt, you will not be charged for using Let's Compare Extension unless you opted for a paid subscription plan once notified about the fee changes, otherwise, the Let's Compare Extension will no longer be available for your use.
Buntai reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Let's Compare Extension (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Buntai shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Let's Compare Extension.
You acknowledge and agree that the Let's Compare Extension and any necessary software used in connection with the Let's Compare Extension (“Software”) contain proprietary and confidential information, including copyrights, trademarks, know-how, etc., that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that the content contained in sponsor advertisements or information presented to you through the Let's Compare Extension or by advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by Buntai or advertisers, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Let's Compare Extension or the Software, in whole or in part.
Buntai grants you a personal, limited, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to use the Let's Compare Extension on personally owned computers and mobile devices that are under your control, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
You shall not (and shall not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work from, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. You agree not to modify the Software in any manner or form, nor to use modified versions of the Software, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the Let's Compare Extension.
You expressly understand and agree that Buntai and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and other representatives shall not be liable to you for any injury, loss, claim, or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Buntai has been advised of the possibility of such damages), whether based in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, resulting from (i) the use or the inability to use the Let's Compare Extension; (ii)any error or omissions, mistakes or inaccuracies in the Let's Compare Extension or results that are obtained from the use of the Let's Compare Extension including failure by the Let's Compare Extension to restrict or control access to the device on which it is installed; (iii) any loss or damage of any kind as a result of the use of the Let's Compare Extension or any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Let's Compare Extension; (iv) failure by the Let's Compare Extension to restrict or control access on the device on which it is installed; or (v) any other matter relating to the Let's Compare Extension.
Buntai does not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Let's Compare Extension will be accurate or reliable.
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE USE OF THE LET'S COMPARE EXTENSION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE LET'S COMPARE EXTENSION, AND THE SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE LET'S COMPARE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS-AND-AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. BUNTAI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BUNTAI MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE LET'S COMPARE EXTENSION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM BUNTAI, ITS EMPLOYEES, OR REPRESENTATIVES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS.
BUNTAI MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT ON THE LET'S COMPARE EXTENSION, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BUNTAI MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE THAT THE CONTENT THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE THROUGH LET'S COMPARE EXTENSION IS FREE OF INFECTION FROM ANY VIRUSES OR OTHER CODE OR COMPUTER PROGRAMMING ROUTINES THAT CONTAIN CONTAMINATING OR DESTRUCTIVE PROPERTIES OR THAT ARE INTENDED TO DAMAGE, SURREPTITIOUSLY INTERCEPT OR EXPROPRIATE ANY SYSTEM, DATA OR PERSONAL INFORMATION. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THE ACCURACY OF ANY USER CONTENT THAT YOU PROVIDE, AND BUNTAI DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OF SUCH CONTENT.
BUNTAI SHALL IN NO EVENT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, LIQUIDATED OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE OR BUSINESS, ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART FROM YOUR ACCESS TO THE LET’S COMPARE EXTENSION, YOUR USE OF THE LET’S COMPARE EXTENSION OR THIS AGREEMENT, OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY YOUR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OBTAINED ON OR THROUGH THE LET’S COMPARE EXTENSION, EVEN IF BUNTAI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THIS AGREEMENT, BUNTAI'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO $500.00 (FIVE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS).
BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS, THE LIABILITY OF BUNTAI SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THEREFORE, THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT AFFECTS STATUTORY RIGHTS THAT CAN NOT BE WAIVED OR LIMITED BY CONTRACT.
All products you purchase from a third-party merchant, including those linked from the Let's Compare Extension, are: (a) priced by the applicable third-party merchant (including whether such prices include applicable local, provincial, state, or federal taxes, and any additional fees, such as shipping and handling); and (b) fulfilled, shipped, and otherwise serviced (including but not limited to the processing of returns, refunds, and cancellations) by the applicable third-party merchant and not by Buntai. Buntai is not responsible for any third-party merchant products or any information contained on the third-party merchant's website (including if the third-party merchant's website is displayed through the Let's Compare Extension).
You agree that your purchase from a third-party merchant is subject to such merchant's own terms and conditions applicable to such purchase. You agree that Buntai is in no way responsible or liable to you for any products you purchase through or using the Service, including for any product liability claim, improper charges, delivery failures, pricing errors, or inaccurate product descriptions. You acknowledge and agree that Buntai is not liable or otherwise responsible for any breaches of credit card or debit card security or privacy by any third-party merchants.
Buntai does not endorse, warrant or guarantee the products or services that are displayed through the Let's Compare Extension. Buntai is not an agent, distributor, re-seller, broker or otherwise responsible for third-party merchants or the activities or policies of those merchant websites, or the products or services available on them. Buntai does not promise or guarantee that the product details, prices, coupon availability or other service terms, rates or rewards offered by any particular advertiser or other third-party via the Let's Compare Extension are the best prices, best terms or lowest rates available in the market.
When you access third-party websites through Let's Compare Extension, you accept that there are risks in doing so, and that Buntai is not responsible for such risks. We encourage you to be aware when you are on a third-party merchant website and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each third-party website or service that you visit or utilize.
Buntai has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy policies, or practices or opinions expressed in any third-party websites or by any third-party that you interact with through the Let's Compare Extension. In addition, Buntai will not and cannot monitor, verify, censor or edit the content of any third-party site or service.
By using the Let's Compare Extension, you release and hold us harmless from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website or service. If you have a dispute with any third-party (including a merchant from whom you purchase a product in connection with the Service), you agree that Buntai is under no obligation to become involved. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release Buntai, our affiliates, and each of their respective officers, employees, agents, and successors from claims, demands, and damages of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to any dispute you have with a third-party in connection with the Let's Compare Extension. If you are a California resident, you shall and hereby do waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY."
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Buntai, its officers, directors, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees, from and against all claims, demands, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and other legal expenses, in whole or in part arising out of or attributable to your use of the Let's Compare Extension any breach of this Agreement by you or your violation of any law or rights of third party when using the Let's Compare Extension.
This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of Israel, without reference to its conflicts of law principles. The courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of this Agreement, and each party hereby expressly consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If for any reason Buntai does not enforce or rely on a right which Buntai has pursuant to this Agreement or to the general law, such nonenforcement shall not constitute a waiver or abandonment of that right.
We are constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible experience for our users. You acknowledge and agree that the form, features or nature of the product we provide may change from time to time without prior notice to you. We may also cease or discontinue providing the product or upgrades at any time.
A determination that any term of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the other terms thereof.
If any portion of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable by any arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction, this Agreement as a whole shall not be deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, but only that portion of this Agreement that is unlawful, void or unenforceable shall be stricken from this Agreement.
You agree that if Buntai does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in the Agreement (or which Buntai has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of Buntai's rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to Buntai.
All covenants, agreements, representations, and warranties made in this Agreement shall survive your acceptance of this Agreement and the termination of this Agreement.
The term "including" in this Agreement means "including but not limited to."
